EVA泡棉双面胶带通常是以EVA为基材，在其基材的一面或两面涂以高持粘的压克力胶溶剂(或热溶型)，而后在其外又复以易剥离的离型纸制造而成。EVA泡棉胶带具有使用方便、粘力强、易剥离、耐高（低）温等特性。EVA泡棉通常有黑白两种颜色，有减震的作用，主要用于铭牌的粘贴和小物件的固定。它能代替胶粘剂进行粘接、固定各种胶（脚）垫。通常EVA泡棉胶带有几种厚度规格分别是1mm、1.5mm、2mm、2.5mm、3mm等。
